Lo's seen dancing wearing a white bodycon dress and A-Rod is nodding to the beat. All of a sudden, the song goes "I just flipped the switch (flipped, flipped)" and the lights turn on and off revealing Jlo and A-Rod switching places, dances, and clothes – mimicking what each other was doing before.
This is all part of a viral TikTok dance challenge – you know the app everyone swore they weren't going to download but are now addicted to it? It started off with random people joining the #FlipTheSwitchChallenge – posting videos of them doing it with their friends, siblings, even pets! It wasn't long until celebrities caught on and wanted to try it themselves. Here are a few celebrities who have joined in on the fun!

Just days before J. Lo posted the now-viral TikTok video, it was all about Kate McKinnon and Elizabeth Warren's #FlipTheSwitchChallenge that had social media going crazy. The SNL star and former Democratic Candidate enjoyed themselves in matching outfits. It only seemed fitting as Kate has been impersonating Warren on the show during her presidential campaign. Warren seemed unbothered and thriving while she danced even though she had announced she was terminating her run for president earlier that week.
Cameron Dallas and Madisyn Menchaca
Talk about relationship goals! Cameron and his girlfriend Madisyn Menchaca showed their take of the challenge in a cute couple TikTok (who doesn't love those?). The video is one of few Cameron uploaded to TikTok documenting their trip to the Dominican Republic.
Camila Cabello and Calvit Jr.
Camila Cabello flipped the switch with her choreographer Calvit Jr. captioning it "Had to do it." The two showed their moves and look like they had a lot of fun making it!

Dr. Oz visited The Today Show and "wanted to try" the challenge as per the caption. What makes this video so golden is seeing Dr. Oz in Jenna's red dress trying his best to dance to the song. I could replay that TikTok over and solely for that part.

The two hosts took a break from broadcasting and shot the challenge in-studio. It was all smiles with these two who looked to be having a good time when it was their turn to dance.
