After James Corden "scandalously" got exposed for not driving his own car in Carpool Karaoke, he's back this week with none other than Meghan Trainor!
Starting off their drive James plays Meghan Trainor's 2014 hit "All About That Bass" and asks her how she and her husband met. If you're wondering who her husband is, it's Daryl Sabara – better known as Juni Cortez from Spy Kids.
Meghan reveals that a good friend of hers, whom we might know – Chlöe Grace Moretz! – introduced the couple. "I was like dude, I'm just trying to find a nice guy." Chlöe set up a blind double date, then they went bowling, and the rest is history! "I've never met anyone like him, and I was like I'm going to marry you!" she cheekily recalls.

James changes the mood and plays "Nice to Meet You" and mid-song confronts her about her love for Doctor Phil. Meghan blushes and tells the story of the time her brother got her tickets – IN THE AUDIENCE! – to see a taping of Doctor Phil and says "It was the greatest day of my life!"

James goes on to distract her, asking her about her upcoming tour with Maroon 5, and at that moment she spots Dr. Phil through the glass reflection. After fangirling, she turns to him and declares "I'm so excited, your teeth look so good!"
Dr. Phil tells Meghan that he's all ears for anything she wants to know. She reveals her album "Treat Myself" was written when she was going through "panic disorder...and anxiety." Dr. Phil gets serious for a moment and tells her the importance of speaking up about topics like this especially for her celebrity status. He then loosens up and jokingly leaves us with a few words of wisdom "pay attention! we don't listen to each other enough anymore! And listen to Meghan, and don't forget you have a new album coming out January 31st!"
It is confirmed/unconfirmed if James was driving this episode but I can feel it in my bones he wasn't!
